Hutier Kaserne before the war - The Americans occupied the haserne after the war; during the war the buildings had suffered heavy damage from Allied bombings and looting by civilians, but were restored by the U.S. Engineers in Frankfurt to its present-day condition. The US Army made no name change.    
     
   
Ulanen Kaserne - was used for a time immediately following the end of the war as a camp for displaced persons until the U.S. took it over and redesignated it as Francois Kaserne    
     
   
Krüger Kaserne - constructed between 1935 and 1939 for Machine Gun Battalion 3 of the Wehrmacht, this installation was used by the 68th Constabulary Squadron after the war and redesignated as Armstrong Barracks in June 1947.
