67th Aviation Company

Troop working on his VW and smoking disconnected the fuel line and lit it up. Kept trying to push it away from the flaming gas but it kept following along. Finally gave up and let it burn. Scratch one VW. Anyway the hangar in the background (r/h edge of jpg) is the fixed wing hangar of the 67th.
My ticket to see Deutschland in my free time. Notice hangar behind r/h front fender & another one of to the right of the l/h rear fender. No sealed beam headlights & first year with hydraulic brakes. No fuel guage, just a lever to turn to get the reserve (about 4 liters) gas flowing when you ran out.
