Allied Forces Southern Europe (Source: Greg Degowski) I do not know what ceremony this was in 1971 to early 1972.  I doubt that it is the CINCSOUTH change of command.  Admiral Horatio Rivero Jr. retired in March 1972 but I think I took these earlier in 1971. These two ceremony photos were taken from a window in the Admin Office of Operations Division (Bldg P).
