Company motor park - The vehicles were marked "VHF" but we operated UHF - Ultra high frequency (UHF) is the ITU designation for radio frequencies in the range between 300 MHz and 3 GHz. We mostly operated in the 425 MHz range. VHF range is 1 to 300 Hz. I guess they didn’t want the Russians to know what frequency range we were operating.
