7796th Signal Photo Company, Hanau (Source: Bill Doyle) This picture was taken in December 1950 prior our Christmas party in the Dayroom. The Corporal on the lower right and having a cigarette in his hand was injured in a motor accident coming back from Frankfurt that night and died in the 97th General Hospital in Frankfurt shortly there after. Eight of the people in this picture were WW2 veterans. All were Regular Army as there was no draft then.
