Housed in a nissen hut, the "Happy Valley Inn" local service club surely was responsible for fighting the most urgent fires on the airfield.
Surrounded by beetles of the automotive type, this was the mess hall located in the western corner of Hoppstaedten-Weiersbach Airfield.
