The New
BOC in winter, before the 40-foot radar antenna was installed:
you can see the top of the 20-foot AN/GSS-1 antenna, to
the right of the radar tower; the big "needle" on the left
is our lightning rod. The one on the far right (beyond the
UHF tower) is one of the VHF radio antenna masts: you can
see its supports and a suspension system for the 36-foot
VHF wire antenna; on the wire itself, a "connector" and
a short section of "lead" are visible. [See the following
