Stuttgart Army Airfield (Source: R.C. Neeb, Jr.) The view here is looking southeast - most likely from from Bldg 3247. The pre-fab, quonset-type buildings (6 in all) were grouped in twos in an "H" shape, with showers and latrine between the buildings of each grouping. Bldg S-3245 was the supply warehouse for the 67th Avn Co. The hangars (taller dark shapes in the background) are the hangars identified as "Hangars (3)" on the 1960s map.
